Due to continued growth we require a commercial site supervisor with:
- knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural Systems
- ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- ability to develop and follow a schedule and meet deadlines
- understanding of provincial safety standards and regulations
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- majority of work in the GTA but occasionally periods of travel may be required

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- construction: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
