Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffees, sandwiches, and other menu items with consistency and care
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and personality
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with health & safety standards
- Assist in food preparation when needed
- Embody Ciccio’s hospitality: efficient, friendly, and genuinely invested in the guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- A love of people, hospitality, and old-school Italian culture
- Charming and approachable personality, with excellent communication skills
- Pride in appearance and professionalism — you represent the Ciccio’s brand
- Previous café, barista, or restaurant experience is an asset (but not required if you have the right energy)
- Ability to work well as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
