Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across different departments, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the success of our projects. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns immediately
- Perform general manual labour tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials
- Support the setup and breakdown of work sites or production areas
- Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience is not required; however, familiarity with manual labour or construction environments is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Pay: $17.60-$29.07 per hour
