Job Description
We are currently looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 4 hours a day - 20 hours per week). This position is managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly and supporting with the accounting, operations, maintenance teams.
K-Corp Restaurants owns and operates 22 Restaurants in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. The successful candidate would be working in our head office located in Lethbridge, Alberta. The candidate is required to work in the office, during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Receive and sort mail
- Keep office space tidy
- Order office supplies as needed
- Manage agendas and appointments for the upper management
- Effectively communicate with customers, employees and vendors
- Coordinate corporate events
- Assist accounting team with paperwork and accounts payable

- Quickbooks Experience
- AI knowledge
Education and Experience Requirements:
- College Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administration experience is an asset
- Current Criminal Record Check
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
