Qualifications:
· Demonstrated experience with medication administration.
· CPR and First Aid certification.
· Knowledge of nursing practices and nursing diagnoses.
· Good communication and leadership skills.
· Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft, Yardi, and ClickUp.
· Willingness to maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations/practices.
· Healthcare/hospitality experience and empathy for seniors (asset).
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide professional nursing care and supervise care provided in the nursing unit.
· Assess resident needs; plan, implement and evaluate care programs and care plans.
· Oversee the medication administration program and ensure safekeeping of drug/narcotic keys.
· Communicate with physicians/nurse practitioners regarding changes in resident condition.
· Manage admissions/discharges; maintain liaison with families.
· Ensure medical records and PHI are maintained in accordance with PHIPA.
· Coordinate quality assurance, safety, environment, and infection control programs.
· Perform other duties as assigned; ability to travel as required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
