Shaganappi GM is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and motivated Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a positive first impression, and can confidently manage a busy front desk environment.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, our Receptionist plays an important role in providing a welcoming, professional, and organized experience for everyone who visits or calls the dealership.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls with excellent telephone etiquette
- Providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Supporting various departments with occasional coverage and front desk duties
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring messages are taken accurately and delivered promptly

Schedule:
This is a part-time position requiring availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime coverage as needed.
