We are seeking a Junior Credit Analyst to join our small team of dynamic commercial mortgage professionals. You will have access to innovative asset management technology with the ability to learn from our experienced leaders.
What You'll Be Doing

Risk Analysis: Conducting risk analysis of various fixed income products secured by commercial real estate debt evaluation

Client Documentation: Assist with the workflow of collecting and filing the financial information needed for annual client reviews.

Database Maintenance: Keep our industry research and sector databases up to date so the team has the most current information.

Reporting Support: Provide research and formatting support for industry-specific reports and team presentations.

Ad-Hoc Tasks: Help out on special projects and team-wide initiatives as they pop up, providing a broad look at the department’s work.
What You Bring

Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of post-secondary education, majoring in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

You are analytical and a natural problem-solver, demonstrated through your ability to organize complex data.You are naturally curious, unafraid to ask questions, and genuinely excited to dive into the world of real estate finance.

You have a "double-check" mindset, ensuring your work is organized and free of errors before it hits a manager's desk.

You are comfortable building organized spreadsheets in Excel and can effectively communicate the results and logic behind your work to others.
