Key Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor of Science in Geology or relevant Geoscience is required.

Registered (or ability to obtain registration) within an appropriate professional organization.

Minimum 10 years experience in Mining Operations, Exploration and Resource modeling.

At least 5 years supervision experience.

Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize work in a dynamic mining environment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, supported by strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

Demonstrated commitment to health and safety excellence, with the ability to lead and promote a strong safety culture.

Proficiency with Excel, Leapfrog, Deswik and MineSight, combined with a proactive, innovative, and results-driven approach
