Compensation: $50,000 – $150,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

Pioneer Chrysler Jeep is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. If you’re driven, confident, and ready to build a six-figure income in automotive sales, we want to hear from you.
No automotive experience? That’s okay. We train the right attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Follow up on dealership leads (phone, email, online inquiries)
- Prospect for new business through referrals and networking
- Present pricing and financing options
- Close deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Keep CRM updated with customer activity
What We’re Looking For

- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid Driver’s license
- Sales experience is an asset (automotive preferred but not required)
- Ability to work Saturdays
