MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Greet customers as they arrive in our showroom
-Answer / Direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- Answer basic vetting questions defore directing clients to a Designer
- Maintain showroom cleanliness
- Collecting Payments from Clients
- Other duties as assigned
DESIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS
- Highly effective organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong grammar and spelling skills
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
- Weekly hours: 40 hours (8am to 5pm, 60 min unpaid lunch time).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
