Position Overview
We are hiring a dependable, hard-working individual for a full-time dual-role position that combines morning delivery driving with afternoon facility operations. This role is ideal for someone who values variety, takes pride in their work, and is looking to build a stable, long-term career with a growing company.
Responsibilities
Morning Shift (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) — Delivery Driver
- Conduct scheduled rug pickups and deliveries across the GTA
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Represent The Rugs Spa professionally at each customer interaction
- Complete delivery documentation and confirmations accurately
Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM) — Facility Operations
Front Desk
- Greet walk-in customers and process new orders
- Close completed orders (approximately two minutes per transaction)
Back of House
- Operate professional rug washing equipment (full training provided)
- Assist with rug handling, inspection, and preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Valid Ontario driver's license (G2 or G) — required
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving rugs
- Professional demeanour with customers
- Previous experience in retail, cleaning, logistics, or customer service is an asset
