Dental Assistant (Part-Time)
Nobleton Dental Smiles is a modern, patient-focused dental practice proudly serving the Nobleton community. We provide comprehensive dental care, including general, cosmetic, restorative, and surgical dentistry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual who enjoys both clinical assisting and supporting the administrative flow of the practice. Clinical Responsibilities
- Prepare operatories for patient treatment.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Take and process digital radiographs.
- Prepare dental materials, instruments, and treatment rooms.
- Update clinical charting and patient records accurately.
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education.
- Monitor clinical inventory and assist with stocking supplies.
- Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and prepared throughout the day.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out when required.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance-related inquiries.
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support the administrative team with recalls, confirmations, scanning, filing, and general office duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with both the clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Dental Assisting certification and be in good standing where applicable.
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
- Experience using dental software such as Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
- Professional appearance and commitment to outstanding patient care.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Part-Time
Current office hours include Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays. Additional hours may become available as the practice continues to grow.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
