We’re seeking a Principal Dentist to join our growing family-owned dental practice in West Edmonton. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into a full patient base and schedule, lead a high performing team, and help shape the next phase of our clinic’s growth with future partnership potential for the right candidate.
The Opportunity
As Principal Dentist, you’ll take over a busy full time position with a steady flow of 30-40 new patients each month. Supported by an exceptional clinical and administrative team, you’ll enjoy autonomy in treatment planning, strong operational support, and the chance to truly influence the direction of the practice.

Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of clinical experience in a productive general dentistry setting. Recent graduates with strong capabilities are welcomed to apply.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and licensed to practice dentistry in the province of Alberta
- Confident across a wide range of procedures
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills to foster patient education
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a strong team
