Job description
Pro Shop Supervisor will be in charge of all day-to-day operation including:
- Skate Sharpening services and repair
- Customer Service in the Sale of Hockey Equipment and Merchandise
- Cleaning and Stocking of the Pro Shop
- Ensure Friendly and Efficient Service
- Operation of POS
- Gather appropriate information to provide the best possible experience
- Deals effectively with customer concerns
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask and keep up with a fast pace environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Other skills not required but considered an asset:
- Knowledge of Hockey and Hockey equipment
- Skate Sharpening Experience
- Previous Retail experience
- Comfortable making suggestions about hockey items
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
