About the Role

As an Outside Sale Closer, you will be closing deals for home service products including residential attic insulation services, cellulose, fiberglass, insulation removal, mold remediation and mold protection applications.
This is a full-time independent contractor position. You will be working face to face with clients on preset appointments with a commission-only pay structure.
Attic insulation is a material barrier added to the top of a home—usually on the floor of the attic—to resist heat flow. It keeps warm air inside during winter and blocks heat from entering in summer, significantly improving energy efficiency, lowering energy bills by an estimated 10-50%. RPM@ Home Team provides customer with attic top ups of insulation performed by our service technicians (not part of this role)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct attic assessments for clients with set appointments
- Identify the specific Home Services needs of customers through home attic assessment to evaluate attic conditions and R-Value of current conditions
- Deliver tailored presentations and guide prospects to the right purchasing decision.
- Complete quote with client in person
- Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfactory product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Schedule appointments for customers with Installer technicians.
- Organize paperwork and calendar scheduling.
- Collaborate with our sales team to continuously improve the closing process
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity as the face of the company.
- Attend Regular meetings and keep up with safety certificates

Compensation Structure
100% Commissions plus bonuses
Per Sale Commission:
· $150 – $350+ per attic insulation install project
Performance Bonuses:
· Weekly Bonuses: $350 – $1000+
