Job Overview
The Lead Hand supports the Site Supervisor/Foreman by coordinating daily tasks, guiding crew members, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. This role is hands‑on and requires strong technical ability, leadership, and communication.
Performs hands‑on work on site including repairs, installations, and general labour.
Construction Experience — 3–5+ years in residential construction.
Valid G‑class driver’s licence is mandatory; experience towing utility or equipment trailers preferred.
Attention to detail is critical to ensuring all work meets structural, safety, and quality standards.
