Position: Crushing Plant Operator — Mobile Spread
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the Spread — Full setup, operation, and tear‑down of a mobile crushing spread.
- Traveling for Work —Out‑of‑town jobs are the norm, not the exception.
- Fixing Issues Early — You catch problems before they become downtime.
- Equipment Care —You catch problems before they become downtime. Daily inspections, greasing, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
- Dialing in Spec — Adjusting settings, watching gradation, keeping product consistent. Filling out daily reports.
- Working Safe —You take safety seriously because you like going home in one piece.
What You Bring
- Real Crushing Experience — 2–5+ years running a spread.
- Mechanical Ability — You can troubleshoot, wrench, and keep equipment producing.
- Attention to Detail — You notice belt tracking, screen tears, odd noises, and feed changes.
- Work Ethic — Show up, work hard, no excuses.
- Good Attitude — No drama, no excuses, no babysitting, just solid work and good communication.
