Service Advisor
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in cash handling and basic accounting principles
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
