Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer & 3D Visualization Specialist with advanced technical capabilities in graphic design, 3D modelling, and rendering. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality visual assets, support presentation materials, and maintain a consistent level of excellence across all creative outputs.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and detailed 3D models using industry-standard modelling software.
- Generate high-quality renderings, visualizations, and presentation assets for internal and external use.
- Create professional graphic design materials, including layouts, mockups, and branded visuals.
- Prepare well-structured presentation decks and visual documents to support project proposals.
- Interpret technical information, sketches, and design direction into clear visual outputs.
- Maintain version control, asset organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align creative deliverables with project requirements.
- Ensure all creative materials meet corporate standards for accuracy, clarity, and quality.
Key Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign): Advanced proficiency.
- SketchUp: Strong modelling and visualization capabilities.
- SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modelling software: Advanced modelling and technical representation.
- Rendering Platforms: Experience with KeyShot, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.
- Presentation Development: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or equivalent platforms.
- File Management & Organization: Ability to maintain structured workflows and asset libraries.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, 3D visualization, or a related design field.
- Demonstrated experience producing professional-quality renderings and visual assets.
- Strong understanding of lighting, material application, textures, and composition.
- Knowledge of additional modeling platforms (Blender, Rhino, Fusion 360).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support internal stakeholders professionally.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
