K’awat’si Construction is seeking a talented, motivated, and Experienced Project Manager & CAD Designer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about craftsmanship, modern architecture, and building at the highest level, this is an exceptional opportunity.
We design and build some of the top modern architectural projects in the country, collaborating with leading architects across the West Coast. Our projects are thoughtful, complex, and built to the very highest standards- the kind of work that elevates your skills and your career.
Job type - Full Time (40 Hours)
Schedule - Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Here’s what you’ll get up to as the Project Manager & CAD Designer:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to produce CAD drawings and renderings for smaller projects.
- Organize and maintain project site files and documents; manage electronic document database and/or file-sharing site.
- Provide other technical office support as required by the project team.
- You’re tech-savvy and not afraid of learning about new technology and software.
- Some prior experience in a professional office setting would be an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills – online, in person, and over the phone.
- Self-motivated and self-managing with the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- You hold yourself to high standards and pay attention to detail.
- You are motivated by helping others and providing great customer service
- You’re an organizational ninja
- Enthusiastic about getting involved in a wide range of projects that impact the entire organization.
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
Qualifications:
- Completed post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project support role, preferably with a General Contractor.
- Experience working on Residential projects.
- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings and other construction documents.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project; experience with Procore or similar is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and stay on top of things as the project demands increase.
- Client service and customer focus, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and be challenged.
- If you have some knowledge or interest in accounting, software, customer service, or marketing, that would be a bonus. We will provide training and support – we are eager to find someone who can learn and grow with us into a core member of our team.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
