What You Will Do
- Assist the Community Manager with filing, administration, marketing, and preparing reports
- Respond to inquiries and requests from prospective tenants, current residents, and trades in a professional manner
- Conduct property showings and support leasing activities for new and existing apartment buildings
- Assist with tenant move-in and move-out inspections and documentation
- Inspect apartment grounds and community spaces as required
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive property records
- Compose and distribute letters, notices, and email correspondence
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
Additional Responsibilities
This role requires participation in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies and resident needs. You will also support operational priorities such as assisting with the preparation of month-end turnover units, ensuring suites are ready for incoming residents in a timely and quality-driven manner.

- Proficiency with office systems and software, including Windows, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Property Management/Leasing experience considered an asset
Pay: $57,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
