At Sonder Aesthetics, we believe skills can be taught. We are willing to train the right person in advanced aesthetic treatments, consultations, client care, sales, social media, and business development.
We are not looking for the most experienced candidate—we are looking for someone who is coachable, motivated, professional, and excited to build a long-term career in aesthetics.
This position starts as an Independent Contractor role with paid training, mentorship, commission opportunities, and the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time role as your skills and clientele grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing consultations and treatments according to clinic protocols
- Creating customized treatment plans based on client goals and concerns
- Recommending appropriate treatments and home care products
- Providing exceptional client care and follow-up
- Building long-term client relationships and encouraging treatment plan compliance
- Creating and participating in social media content including photos, videos, stories, and reels
- Capturing before-and-after photos and treatment footage
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and content creation
- Maintaining treatment rooms, supplies, and clinic cleanliness
- Keeping accurate client records and treatment notes
- Working toward individual and clinic sales, booking, and retention goals
- Collaborating with team members to ensure an outstanding client experience

Education
- Esthetics Diploma or Medical Esthetics Certification required
