Duties

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the retail space is clean and inviting
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising strategies
- Utilize communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales and basic math for transaction accuracy
- Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple responsibilities during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform product demos and technical sales with confidence
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts
- Friendly phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or online
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
