TL;DR
We're looking for a Growth Marketer who's equally dangerous in a Google Ads account, an SEO audit, and an email campaign, and who already runs on AI. Most people are good at one channel. You're good across paid, organic, and email, you've got the AI chops to move faster than a team five times your size, and you can prove all of it with numbers, not adjectives.
You'll run paid and organic growth for our clients: a mix of local businesses, service brands, and the occasional ambitious startup. Real budgets, real results, real people who notice when the phone rings more. This is an AI-powered role. We expect you to use the tools, not just talk about them.

Navigator Multimedia is a digital marketing and web development agency. We build websites that work and run campaigns that pay for themselves. Our clients hire us because we make marketing make sense: clear strategy, sharp execution, and reporting they can actually read.
We're a small team that punches above its weight. No bloated meetings, no jargon for jargon's sake. Just good work for clients who appreciate it.
What you'll do
- Own the paid side. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta, plus Bing or LinkedIn when a client calls for it. Manage budgets responsibly and chase the metrics that matter, not vanity clicks.
- Own the organic side. Run technical and on-page SEO, keyword and content strategy, and link-building that doesn't get anyone penalized. Improve rankings and the traffic that converts.
- Run email marketing. Build and send campaigns and automated flows: newsletters, nurtures, promos, win-backs. Grow and segment lists, write subject lines people open, and track the metrics that lead to revenue.
- Connect the channels. Use paid data to sharpen SEO bets, SEO insight to spend smarter, and email to keep the audience you've already earned. Most marketers treat these as separate teams. You treat them as one engine.
- Build and read the dashboards. Set up clean tracking in GA4, Google Search Console, and the ad platforms. Turn the numbers into plain-English reports clients understand and trust.
- Improve what happens after the click. Spot weak landing pages, suggest CRO fixes, and work with our web and design folks to lift conversion rates.
- Put AI to work. Use AI tools to speed up research, ad and content drafts, keyword analysis, reporting, and the busywork, so more of your time goes to strategy. Bring your own playbook and help us sharpen ours.
- Juggle a few accounts at once without dropping a ball, and tell us early when something needs attention.
What you bring
- 3 to 5 years running paid ads and SEO, ideally in an agency or managing multiple brands at once.
- Hands-on fluency with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You've spent real money and learned real lessons.
- Solid SEO chops: technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Email marketing experience: building campaigns and automated flows in a platform like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar, plus list growth and segmentation.
- Comfort in GA4, Google Search Console, and an SEO suite like Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Real AI chops. You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and the marketing-specific ones) in your daily workflow, and you can show us how they make your work faster and better, not sloppier.
- A knack for ad copy, email, and content that sounds human.
- Experience with landing-page builders and CRO tools (basic HTML/CSS a plus).
- Google Ads and/or GA4 certification.
- The rare ability to explain a campaign to a business owner without making their eyes glaze over.
- Sharp analytical instincts. You let the data lead, but you know when a number is lying.
- Self-starter energy. Remote means we trust you to run your day.
Local or service-business marketing experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

- Compensation: From $75,000 CAD, based on experience, plus the room to grow as you do.
- Team: You'll report directly to the founder and work alongside our web, design, and content people.
