About the role
Magic is hiring an Inbound Sales Coordinator to handle high-volume inbound inquiries and coordinate appointments across our team of 30 outside sales reps. This is a phone-based, in-person role at our Woodbridge office, working a fixed Saturday–Wednesday schedule.
This isn't a pure appointment-setter role — it's a coordination role. Every booking is a small judgment call. You'll be holding 30 calendars in your head and making real-time decisions that keep the whole system running smoothly. We work toward team-based goals, not individual quotas, so coordination and balance matter as much as volume.
If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, like the puzzle of fitting many moving pieces together, and can stay organized when things get busy, we'd like to hear from you.
Compensation
- $18–$20 per hour
- Performance-based bonuses tied to appointments booked
Schedule & location
- Full-time, permanent. Woodbridge, ON.
- Saturday through Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)
- In-person at our Woodbridge office — this is not a remote or hybrid role
- On-site parking, casual dress
What you'll do
- Handle 60–100+ inbound calls per day from prospective customers
- Qualify leads against our booking criteria
- Coordinate appointments across a team of 30 outside sales reps — matching the right lead to the right rep based on workload, geography, scheduling, and fit
- Make real-time judgment calls to keep rep workloads balanced and avoid logistical conflicts (e.g., back-to-back appointments in cities that are too far apart)
- Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM
- Contribute to team-based booking goals (we measure team performance, not individual quotas)
What we're looking for
Required:
- 1+ year of phone-based experience (call centre, inside sales, customer service, or retail with a phone-heavy component)
- Comfortable spending the majority of your day on the phone
- Strong organizational skills — you can hold many moving pieces in your head and keep them straight under pressure
- Systems thinking — you can see how scheduling, geography, workload, and lead quality all connect and affect each other, rather than looking at things in isolation
- Sound judgment — you can weigh competing factors quickly and make a defensible call
- Reliable commute to Woodbridge and able to commit to the Sun–Thu schedule long-term
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an asset
What this role is not
To save everyone time, please note:
- Not remote or hybrid — fully in-person in Woodbridge
- Not an outside sales or closing role — you coordinate and book appointments, you don't close deals
- Not a Monday–Friday schedule — our shift is Sunday through Thursday
- Not commission-only — base hourly pay plus team performance bonuses
- Not measured on individual quotas — performance goals are team-based
What we offer
- Stable, full-time employment with consistent hours
- Competitive hourly pay plus team performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive group benefits package — medical, dental, and paramedical coverage
- Strong internal community and regular team socials
- Structured onboarding and training
- A clear path to grow within a high-performing sales organization
