Responsibilities
-
Prepare, validate, and revise assembly manuals or manufacturing routings intended for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components;

Interpret drawings and other documents originating from the engineering department;

Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;
-
Define the tools required for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerances;
-
Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategy updates by working closely with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production departments;

Take an active role in production support by coordinating the resolution of technical issues with other support services;

Identify opportunities to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects.
Required Profile

You hold a college or university diploma in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, in aeronautical manufacturing, or have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field;

You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have strong 3D visualization skills and analytical abilities;

You demonstrate strong logical thinking and mechanical aptitude;

You are proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);

You are familiar with computer-aided design software such as Catia, AutoCad, Enovia;

You are familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as BAAN, SAP;

You have basic knowledge of continuous improvement project management;

You are a strong team player, recognized for your perseverance and sound judgment;

You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, and have a good knowledge of English.
