Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions, including upselling opportunities
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Utilize strong communication skills to answer questions via phone or in person, fostering positive interactions
- Demonstrate technical sales experience by explaining product specifications and benefits clearly and confidently
- Manage time effectively to prioritize customer interactions and meet sales goals
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or related fields
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with product demos, technical sales, or merchandising enhances success in this role
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations are essential
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with retail tools such as POS systems, cash handling procedures, and inventory management is advantageous
