Procurement / Sales Administration Representative

A growing technology solutions organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement / Sales Administration Representative to support day-to-day sales operations and procurement activities from its Montreal office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys keeping operations organized behind the scenes, and takes pride in supporting sales teams with accuracy, responsiveness, and strong communication.
Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Support Account Executives with day-to-day sales administration activities
Coordinate with vendors and distributors regarding pricing, availability, tracking, and order updates
Assist with quote revisions, procurement follow-ups, and order management
Maintain CRM and sales documentation accuracy
Support customer communication related to orders and logistics
Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams
Assist leadership with reporting and administrative support as needed
Previous experience in procurement, sales administration, inside sales, or order processing
Fully bilingual in French and English
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM or ERP systems such as HubSpot, ChannelOnline, or similar platforms is an asset
Experience within IT, VAR, distribution, or technology environments considered a strong advantage
Experience supporting a sales organization or operations team
Familiarity with distributors such as Ingram, TD SYNNEX, or D&H
Understanding of procurement and logistics coordination
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
