Apply horticultural expertise to tasks such as pruning, planting, turf care, bed maintenance, and softscape installation

Support and collaborate with crew members on daily maintenance activities

Identify and address the needs of a variety of commercial landscapes

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively

Assist with training and sharing best practices with team members

Maintain high-quality standards across all job sites

Represent CSL professionally when interacting with clients and the public

Adapt to changing weather conditions and job site demands with a positive mindset

Red Seal Horticultural Technician OR a degree in Horticulture (or related field) (required)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

1–3+ years of landscaping or horticulture experience

Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Physically able to lift, dig, climb, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods

Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop technical skills
