Job Overview
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Bell & Valet Attendant to join our Guest Services team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with guests, takes pride in creating a strong first and last impression, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment. The Bell & Valet Attendant plays an important role in welcoming guests to the resort and supporting a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome arriving guests and assist with luggage and personal belongings
- Provide professional valet parking services and safely operate guest vehicles
- Retrieve and deliver guest vehicles promptly and efficiently
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms when required and provide basic information about the resort and its services
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the hotel entrance, valet area, and luggage storage areas
- Safely store, tag, and retrieve guest luggage
- Provide directions, transportation information, and general assistance to guests
- Coordinate closely with Front Desk and other departments to support guest requests and smooth hotel operations
- Monitor the arrival area and proactively assist guests when needed
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and guest confidentiality at all times
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and vehicle handling procedures
- Assist with other Guest Services duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous guest service, hotel, valet, or customer service experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable and confident driving a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $19.00 per hour
