Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Cashier / Dishwasher, available in both full-time and part-time roles. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, providing excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and provide friendly service to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and dishwashing stations in accordance with health and safety standards
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic cooking, plating, or assembling menu items when needed
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are well-organized for smooth restaurant operations
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing light cleaning and prep work
- Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
Skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols
- Basic cooking or food preparation skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: $17.60-$23.78 per hour
