Job Overview
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on barista and front-of-house experience who can step in, run service confidently, and set the standard for quality and hospitality from day one. If you can dial in a great espresso, keep a rush moving, handle the register and cash with total accuracy, and make every guest feel welcome — we want to meet you.
This role is all about creating an amazing guest experience — from welcoming customers, to preparing drinks, to helping showcase our products with care and consistency. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where quality, presentation, and service matter just as much as the product itself.

What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Take orders and process transactions using our POS system
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages with consistency and care
- Assist with packaging and presenting desserts (cheesecakes, cookies, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-of-house
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keep up with the pace during busy periods while staying calm and efficient
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Support the team with light prep and restocking as needed
- Help create a positive and upbeat atmosphere in the shop
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food service role (required)
- Comfortable working with POS systems (Shopify POS is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work minimum 3 days a week or more
- Attention to detail — especially with drink quality and presentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.60-$23.00 per hour
