Job Overview
The Hotel Restaurant and Marketing Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness of the restaurant and hotel, drive hotel occupancy, generate revenue, and strengthen the hotel and restaurant's market position. This role requires a creative and results-driven marketing professional with strong hospitality experience, expertise in digital marketing, and a proven ability to increase direct bookings through multi-channel campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Create and execute hotel-wide promotional campaigns, packages, and special offers aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Culinary and Operations teams to promote new menu launches, special promotions and execute dates
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that increase hotel and restaurant revenue, banquet bookings, private event sales, and brand awareness.
- Digital marketing, customer engagement initiatives to drive guest traffic and maximize occupancy for Restaurant and event spaces.
- Create promotional campaigns to increase dining reservations, banquet bookings, and event inquiries.
- Launch seasonal promotions, special menus and holiday restaurant promotions and events.
- Increase restaurant visibility through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and local advertising.
- Manage website content, online listings, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate content creation including photography, videos, and promotional materials.
- Oversee online reputation management and respond to customer reviews.
Digital Marketing & Brand Management
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including:
- Hotel website promotions and content updates
- Social media marketing and advertising
- Email marketing campaigns and promotional blasts
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising
- AI knowledge
- Content marketing initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with brand standards across all marketing platforms.
- Drive direct bookings through targeted digital marketing strategies and conversion-focused campaigns.
Communications & Partnerships
- Coordinate advertising, public relations, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Travel agencies
- Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
- Influencers and content creators
- Media outlets
- Tourism organizations
- Community partners
- Collaborate with hotel Leadership Team to organize events, sponsorships, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
Analytics & Budget Management
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Measure campaign effectiveness, occupancy impact, revenue generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure all initiatives deliver measurable business results.
- Prepare performance reports for General Manager.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing, hotel sales and marketing, or a related marketing role.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, brand management, social media strategy, and revenue-focused campaign development.
- Experience within the hotel industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with marketing analytics platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Strong marketing strategy development and campaign management capabilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Budget planning and financial management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
