Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of cooking experience preferred
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable and punctual
FOODSAFE Level 1 certification is an asset
Grill experience is a plus
