Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records for project documentation and vendor files.
- Coordinate vendor management activities including scheduling deliveries, tracking supplies, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
- Facilitate communication among team members by managing schedules, distributing memos, and ensuring clear information flow across departments.
Experience
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support within a construction or related industry preferred.
- intermediate skill level with Microsoft office and Google Sheets
- Prior experience handling front desk responsibilities, and office clerical tasks is required.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities are necessary to succeed in this role.
- Experience in vendor management, filing systems, and office management will set candidates apart.
