Redline Threads is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Event Sales Associates to join our team on weekends. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, promote our products, and create memorable brand experiences at various events. As an Event Sales Associate, you will be the face of Redline Threads, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in a dynamic environment.

Duties
- Greet event attendees and engage them in friendly conversations to promote Redline Threads products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and showcase new merchandise to potential customers.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and booths.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering styling suggestions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Promote brand awareness through effective communication and public speaking skills.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve future events and marketing strategies.
- Support sales efforts by encouraging purchases and processing transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, marketing, retail, or food service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening abilities.
- Outgoing personality with confidence in engaging large groups of people.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to get to events across the GTA.
- Able to lift and carry 30+ lbs (boxes, racks, product) during setup and teardown.
- Available Fridays and weekends
