Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Installer and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems that improve water quality for residential and commercial clients. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive reliable, high-quality water solutions while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and service water softener and reverse osmosis systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Conduct system inspections, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure optimal performance
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately assemble and install equipment in various settings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction materials safely and efficiently during installations and repairs
- Perform heavy lifting of equipment parts and system components while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job performed
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain system functions, maintenance procedures, and answer questions about water treatment solutions
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, welding, and construction practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and system adjustments
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience with commercial driving preferred
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at various heights or confined spaces as needed
- Education in field is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
