Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as concrete finishing, framing, siding installation, and carpentry
- Read and understand schematics for electrical, plumbing, and structural components to ensure precise implementation
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to create durable foundations and surfaces
- Conduct restoration work including siding replacement, woodwork repairs, and structural reinforcement
- Use hand tools effectively for carpentry tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor required for construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, concrete work, or related trades
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration projects
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes (training/certification preferred)
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
