We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our Edmonton team and help keep our supply chain moving smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments for customers and job sites
- Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and shipping area
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) in accordance with safety procedures
- Complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and courier forms
- Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, Production) to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required
- Uphold Sirius's safety-first culture in all warehouse activities
What You Bring
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Basic computer skills (inventory or ERP systems an asset)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to workplace safety
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $20.00-$26.25 per hour
