Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
This part-time position would offer 1-3 evening shifts per week, Wednesday through Saturday depending on the restaurant's needs. We are open from 4pm to 11pm. We also occasionally host events that occur outside of our regular business hours, flexibility to work the occasional day within Sunday-Tuesday would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and exceptional service
- Serve and clear tables while providing quality service to our customers
- Ensure all customers leave with a positive dining experience
- Prepare beverages in accordance with restaurant procedure
- Be aware of all health & safety procedures, follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Developing & cultivating strong working relationships with all customers & colleagues alike
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash-outs and cleaning
Requirements
- ProServe Certification
- Previous experience within the restaurant and bar industry is required
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant's schedule
