Roles We’re Looking to Fill:
- Landscape Technicians – The muscle and mind behind the magic. You'll be bringing blueprints to life, installing plants, and crafting incredible patios.
- Foremen – The field generals. You'll keep the projects on track, run the site, and lead the crew to victory daily.
- Class 3 Drivers – Our highway heroes. Haul the heavy goods, rock that license, and keep our logistics moving smoothly.
What Your Day-to-Day Actually Looks Like:
- Hardscaping: Laying pavers like a boss, building retaining walls, and crafting custom outdoor living spaces.
- Planting: Putting the "green" in the scene by installing trees, shrubs, and stunning garden layouts.
- The Heavy Lifting: Digging, grading, and executing wheelbarrow runs (hello, free cardio).
- Tool Time: Mastering hand tools, power tools, and eventually operating heavy machinery (huge bonus points if you already know how to run a skid steer or excavator!).
- Crew Connection: Working hard, looking out for your teammates, keeping the site safe, and having a laugh while doing it.
What You Bring to the Yard:
- The ability to lift and carry up to 85 lbs (yep, those natural stone steps are the real deal).
- A valid driver’s license.
- A killer work ethic and a positive attitude—we work hard, but we actually have fun doing it.
