Le cuisinier est chargé de préparer les aliments selon le menu du jour et de veiller à les cuisiner et à les présenter convenablement. Il doit être capable de suivre des recettes et des instructions de cuisine, mais aussi d’improviser et de créer de nouveaux plats. Cuisinier : tâches et responsabilités Ayant pour mission de réaliser les différents plats du menu en respectant les conditions d’hygiène et les normes de sécurité en vigueur, le cuisinier doit être en mesure d’effectuer plusieurs tâches, comme : Organiser son travail en préparant les ingrédients nécessaires avant de commencer à cuisiner. Réaliser tous les plats de la carte en tenant compte des demandes des clients (allergies, aversions, etc.). Respecter les temps de cuisson établis afin de servir les plats à la bonne température. Vérifier la qualité des produits utilisés et en informer le chef si nécessaire. Appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur dans la cuisine. Nettoyer et désinfecter les outils de travail et les surfaces après chaque utilisation. Aider les autres membres de l’équipe de cuisine en cas de besoin. Respecter le budget alloué lors de l’achat des ingrédients.

Experience
- Previous experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or food handling is highly desirable
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within the food industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills and responsibilities
