Join Our Team! – Warehouse Operator
We’re a leading national commercial insulation distributor, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join our day and second shift operations. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, with benefits and a friendly, results-driven team.
What you’ll do:
- Package laminated insulation off the assembly line onto skids and support smooth operations on our lamination lines. Be ready to step in anywhere on the line when needed.
- Keep our warehouse organized, clean, and running efficiently. Monitor inventory, label products, and ensure stock rotation.
- Handle and submit daily documentation including sales orders, packing slips, return authorizations, and production tickets.
- Pick and pack customer orders manually, assist the warehouse team with deliveries, and cover all roles as required during busy periods, breaks, or vacations.
- Load small delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate a reach forklift with care and attention.
- Follow and uphold all health & safety policies, government regulations, and company standards.
Who you are:
- Energetic, proactive, and committed to getting the job done right.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus; prior lead hand or supervisory experience is an asset.
