5-Ton Truck Driver - D&H Tenthouse
D&H Tenthouse is looking for an experienced and dependable 5-Ton Truck Driver to join our team.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a 5-ton truck while assisting with the transportation and delivery of tents, event equipment, and related materials to various job sites.
***This job is 6 months on, 6 months off.
We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of professional truck driving experience
- Valid driver’s licence appropriate for operating a 5-ton truck
- Clean and responsible driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment
- Comfortable with physical work and assisting with event equipment when required
- Professional and courteous when dealing with customers and job-site teams
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings when needed
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain the assigned 5-ton truck
- Transport tents, event equipment, and supplies to and from job sites
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment
- Complete vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations
- Represent D&H Tenthouse professionally at customer locations
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
