Engelhart Construction Ltd. is an established commercial construction general contractor specializing in industrial warehouse buildings and tenant improvements looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years proven experience in industrial construction, design/build single & multi-tenant use warehouses.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Commercial job estimating/bidding and scheduling
· Preconstruction process to include site surveys/site walks, subcontractor selection, and preparation of client proposals
· Management of projects from initial client contact and proposal phases, hand-off to the field superintendents, through to project close-out
· Managing multiple jobs at one time
· Collaborating with the job superintendent on scheduling and ensuring that construction activities move according to schedule
· Attending job site meetings
· Issuance and management of change proposals and RFI’s
· Resolving issues not able to be resolved at the job site level
· Must possess excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, organizational, and client service skills

Project manager candidates must have the ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications. Candidates must be proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Project is an asset. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as travel to job sites will be required.
