Clean Harbors in Breslau, Ontario is looking to hire a Refinery Operations manager to join their team in Breslau, Ontario. The Refinery Operations manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of used oil re-refining processes including associated tank farms and utilities functions. The Refinery Operations manager is the main point of contact between shipping/receiving, maintenance and laboratory groups and ensures health and safety, quality and environment and production goals are meet. The manager will also manage operating expenditure (i.e., catalyst, chemicals).

- Required: Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Related
- Experience: 5 to 7 years - in the petroleum or chemical processing industry
- Alternative: Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Leadership skills: Ability to motivate and lead 21 operations group members
- Strong technical aptitude with respect to refining operations
Ability to plan, organize, make decisions and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
