Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Greet walk-in clients at the counter and accurately prepare orders according to customer requirements or purchase lists.
- Quotation Handling: Respond to customer price inquiries promptly and provide accurate quotes.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with our purchasing team to ensure fast-moving and high-demand products are quickly restocked.
Requirements:
- Legal Work Status: Must have a valid Canadian work permit / SIN card.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, resilient (not afraid of rejection), and deeply passionate about the customer service industry.
Work Schedule:
- Option A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), plus Saturday (7:30 AM – 1:00 PM).Note: If you work on Saturday, you will enjoy a 2-day weekend on Sunday and Monday.
- Option B (Standard week): Monday to Friday (when not scheduled for Saturday).
- Days Off: Sundays and statutory holidays are always off.
