Totem Appliance is looking for a motivated, team driven parts person for our growing service company. We are based in Coquitlam, BC, with offices in Calgary and Edmonton, and have been family owned and operated for the past 60 years. We are seeking applicants with a variety of skills and strong a work ethic.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Handling of parts
- Data Entry in Excel
- Inventory management
- Receiving inventory in company software
- Emailing with Customers and talking on the phone
- Working with Technicians, looking up parts
- Driving/delivering parts to technicians
- Warehouse maintenance
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English language required (both written & spoken)
- Developed computer and typing skills
- Ability to process data entry, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work well with others as a partner
- Time Management and problem-solving skills
- Tireless and creative in the search for solutions to the challenges of high customer expectations
- Able to lift to but not exceed 50 lbs., carrying, pushing, and/or pulling inventory
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete tasks according to instructions and demonstrate responsibility for outcomes
- Self Starter, looking for more!
- Must have a Valid driver's license
