Bottlescrew Bill's Pub is looking for one SHIFT LEADER/BARTENDER/SERVER (multi-role position) to join our team! Are you keen to be in a leadership role to utilize and broaden your skill set and responsibilities, but just not ready to give up those serving and bar shift ring-outs? Are you currently or have you recently been a Supervisor or Shift Leader (or in a similar role) in this industry?
WHY HERE? Flexible scheduling, reasonable tip-outs, large sections, rotated shifts/sections (everyone works everywhere - no set shifts or sections!) and fair management. We are a local and family run business in the heart of downtown since 1980 with five patios and three unique indoor rooms. Our pub has over 300 beers - the biggest and best beer selection in Calgary - alongside 20+ of our own house-made beers, as we have our very own brewery on site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-ProServe
-Minimum of 1 year experience required in a leadership role
-Minimum of 2 years experience serving/bartending
-Dependable, reliable, friendly, self-starter, clean freak, team player
-MUST LOVE BEER (real requirement)
-Did we mention the beer thing?
SCHEDULE
-Full-time is 4-5 shifts/week. Shifts will be mostly nights. Must have open availability.
