Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Screener Operator to join our Earthworks division for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate must have experience operating both screeners and loaders, ensuring efficient and safe operations at our site.
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 2 years operating a topsoil screener, sorting and processing soil and other materials.

Minimum of 2 years operating a CAT 980 loader, or a similar-sized loader in a construction capacity.

Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize performance.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
